Lubricates and keeps ears moisturised.

Ringing in the ear.
Foul smell from ear.
Wax is removed by several ways.
Hard wax can be removed using Endoscope.
Soft wax can be removed endoscopically or by syringing.
Asymptomatic cases dont require wax removal
In rare conditions, wax needs to be removed under anesthesia
